Poornima has dedicated her life to knowing and communicating that truth of knowledge that brings quiet to the mind, clarity to the expression, and purpose of life. Years ago she initiated me into the knowledge of the Bhagavad Gita. Listening to her explanations,  I began my journey toward a deeper understanding of what this body is meant for. 
Poornima lives her life with sweetness and love. She brings the quietness and energy of the Himalayas to her teaching which continues to mature with her dedicated practice.
